No Rebate, No Fee
They say their average tax rebate is over £900, and there are lots of testimonials on the site from people saying that they got even higher amounts. The service charges 30% of whatever your return ends up being or if you don’t get any money back there is no fee at all. This is nice because you’re not paying for a service that you end up not using.
They can also do rebates for people from other countries who had worked in the UK at some point, including people from Australia, Germany, Poland, Portugal and many more places.
The people there were very easy to work with and I could talk to someone by phone if I had any questions. There was an FAQ page that answered many of my questions about how their service worked and another for my general questions about taxes.
They also are available by email, so contacting them is fairly easy no matter what way you are most comfortable with, even in person at their office.
