T-Mobile

So I kept my T-mobile and was thinking I would just eat the charges the first few months, until I could ask around and see what would work out best.

Well, I didn’t have to worry. T-Mobile switched everything for me. Before I even tried to do it myself, I had a local rate instead of it seeming like I was calling from the US to London every time I made a local call. It was almost automatic, when they saw the majority of the calls were local to local numbers. And then to officially switch it, I did everything online and when I had some problems figuring out all the foreign looking charges on my first bill, I just went in to the location, which was really close to where I was staying. Customer service was so good and they weren’t in a rush while they were comparing my old US bill to my new UK bill and explaining where the money changes kicked in and how to see that everything was basically the same, just altered for currency.
