So I kept my T-mobile and was thinking I would just eat the charges the first few months, until I could ask around and see what would work out best.
Well, I didn’t have to worry. T-Mobile switched everything for me. Before I even tried to do it myself, I had a local rate instead of it seeming like I was calling from the US to London every time I made a local call. It was almost automatic, when they saw the majority of the calls were local to local numbers. And then to officially switch it, I did everything online and when I had some problems figuring out all the foreign looking charges on my first bill, I just went in to the location, which was really close to where I was staying.
