Gymbox is a very intense place to get in shape in. If you need a real kick in the rear to get moving, this place will try its best to beat you into shape. They have tons of classes, from boxing to dancing, from spin/soul cycling to every kind of high-energy, high-impact, high-intensity instruction there is. They offer classes for these as well as one-on-one sessions. Just walking in there, you feel like you are entering some sort of arena for extreme competition.

Fitness First is by far the biggest gym chain around. It offers a lot of convenience and can be found around town and even in the suburbs. It seems like they are always adding new ones. Every location I have been to has had some great equipment. Sometimes, it’s almost overwhelming how much they have to offer.

If you are looking for a state of the art, exclusive, luxuriant place, KX is what you want!

KX is an exclusive, private members health club in London. The only area of KX open to non members is a health spa. Their website has two distinct sections, one for members and one for non members.  Shown on the non members section of the website are pictures of the inside of the club.

I enjoyed maintaining my weight at The Third Space, a fitness center in Soho. They have first-class gym utilities which can only encourage the people who go there to exercise with glee. When a friend first told me about it, I wasn’t that interested at all. She gave me the link of the gym’s official site, nevertheless, and she said I could check it out myself. When I visited it, I got so excited  I decided to join.
